Vegan cocoa cookies
The first time I made these cookies, I added too much flour. I went by eye, and obviously, I ended up with a dough ball as hard as a rock that wouldn’t spread at all. It was also cold in the kitchen, and I didn’t know if the dough should be softer or firmer.
