I will never forget the first time I made these little chocolate cakes. I was convinced I would burn them – I knew it, because whenever I try something with melted butter and chocolate, I’m afraid it will stick or get lumpy. Surprisingly, they turned out really nice, even though I added a bit more sugar than I should have, and they were quite sweet.
