Quince jam with nuts
The biggest mistake I made with quinces was starting to prepare them directly on the table without laying down any paper or towel underneath. It resulted in fuzz everywhere, I sneezed about twenty times, and I almost gave up. But I persevered, pushed through, and I’m glad I did.
