Chicken meatball soup

Chicken meatball soup is one of the dishes I make when I want something hearty but without spending too much time. It doesn’t have many complicated steps and turns out quite light, even on a busy day. I like that I can use ground chicken and don’t need to have rare vegetables in the fridge.
