Kinder Cake

I made this cake a few times, most recently for Christmas, when the guests referred to it as the “kinder cake.” It’s not a heavy or overly sweet dessert; the layers have coffee and cardamom, and the creams, especially the mascarpone one, are balanced and not too rich.
