Pheasant soup
I received a pheasant from my brother and decided to make soup, with boiled meat and mashed potatoes, plus a simple homemade tomato sauce. Pheasant meat is different from chicken – it’s wilder, but everything that comes out of this pot fits perfectly with the cooler season.
