Rice with Mushrooms

So, I swear, I never have porcini mushrooms when I plan. I always toss them in the freezer, forget about them, then find a bag one day when I’m rummaging through the fridge, and poof!, I remember those mushrooms. And somehow, I always end up making this rice with porcini.
