Oven-baked carp with onion and leek
I’ve made this oven-baked carp with onions and leeks so many times that I’ve come to believe I can cook it with my eyes closed. The first time, I must admit, I messed up the frying – I used too little oil, and the fish fillets stuck stubbornly to the pan. Now, that doesn’t happen anymore.
