Fusilli with shrimp
This fusilli and shrimp dish reminds me of the first time I tried to make something “restaurant-style” at home for a quick dinner with some friends I hadn’t seen in years. I used too much butter, almost burned the shrimp (I swear they cook extremely fast!), and in the end, I forgot to drain the pasta properly, so everything turned out a bit too liquid.
