Potato stew with pork
When I need a hearty meal and don’t feel like complicating things, I make potato stew with pork. I usually cook it on days when I have a few vegetables in the fridge and a piece of meat that I don’t want to keep for too long. It’s not a recipe with fancy steps, and you don’t have to stand by the pot all the time. The longest part is boiling, the rest is simple.
