Pumpkin Layer Cake
The first time I made this cake was on an autumn afternoon when I had a good few kilograms of cleaned pumpkin and didn’t want it to spoil. The sheets are not hard to make, but they require a little patience when kneading, especially if you don’t have much space on the table.
