Nut and caramel cream cake
The first time I made this cake out of frustration was after I ended up with some dreadful meringues (full of lumps, dry as dust), and in the end, I found myself with a ton of egg whites that I didn’t want to throw away. I won’t even mention the mess I made with the caramel; luckily, my old pots are sacrificial.
