Cake with whipped cream and blackberries
The first time I made this cake with whipped cream and blackberries, I messed up the order of the layers. I thought it wouldn’t matter, but by the end, the blackberries were all over the place, and the cream ended up on the table, not just on the cake. I served it anyway since there was nothing else I could do, and everyone said it “could use more filling.” What can I say?
