Rice pudding

I came across an old cookbook, dating back to the early 20th century, with yellowed pages and handwritten notes. I tried a rice pudding recipe, adapted and halved. I thought I wouldn’t ruin too much material if it didn’t turn out well, but I liked it. I had only what is usually found at home, improvising with the ingredients where they were lacking.
