Walnuts with mascarpone cream

I don’t know how I managed it, but the first time I attempted to make these nut-shaped cookies, I ruined about two batches of shells. Sometimes they stuck to the mold, other times I left them in too long and they turned black, and they didn’t come out right in shape or taste.
