The first time I made this combination was out of a lack of inspiration and a sudden craving when I was staring into the fridge and couldn’t find anything to break the monotony of plain boiled potatoes. I tried something on a whim, and surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the most appreciated dishes I’ve ever put on the table – there was even a dispute over the last piece, no joke….
