Rosenkrantz Easter Cake
The first time I tried making this sweet bread, I added too much filling. Out of eagerness, I didn’t even check the quantities, convinced it would work out anyway. Well, it didn’t. The cream spilled out all over the pan, the caramel stuck everywhere, and when I took it out of the mold, half of it stayed on the towel and the other half stuck to the bottom of the pan.
