Moussaka
When I make moussaka using my mother’s recipe, I always remember how it smelled in the house when I was a child. I love preparing this recipe especially when I have more people at the table. I usually make it in the evening, so we have something hearty for dinner, especially if we have various types of meat in the fridge. The preparation time isn’t short, but it seems worth it.
