Lamb steak
I make this lamb roast every time I find a good piece at the butcher’s and want something simple to put in the oven. It helps me a lot when I have more people at the table or when I want to use fresh garlic from the market, not just dried. I usually make larger portions because guests tend to expect a classic recipe for holiday meals, but it doesn’t have to be just for special occasions.
