Coconut soup with spätzle
I remember the first time I tried to make this chicken soup with spätzle… I thought it couldn’t be that hard, I had boiled meat before, right? Well, I ended up putting in a couple of onions too many, and the spätzle (thankfully store-bought) soaked up all the liquid, leaving me with something like a stew.
