Cauliflower pudding

I started making this cauliflower pudding after a day when I completely forgot that I had a whole cauliflower boiling and took it out a bit too soft. I didn’t want to throw it away – I was a bit annoyed – so I rummaged through the fridge and pulled out some potatoes and whatever else I had lying around.
